a) Qualifications
· University degree in Applied or Business Computer Science (Dipl. Eng. or master)
· Good knowledge in Information Technology
· Experience with Hardware Equipment for Corporate Infrastructure (i.e. Servers-Technologies (HP,…), Storage-Technologies (NetApp, IBM, HP), systems monitoring (Nagios), cloud computing)
· Experience with Virtualization Technology Solutions (i.e. VMWare)
· Experience with IT activities (i.e. handle Service Requests- and Incidents through Corporate Ticketing System, ensure system patching, upgrades and migrations in regular way or according to projects)
· Experience with Linux Systems (i.e. RedHat) and Windows Server, UNIX (IBM AIX) if of advantage
· Good knowledge in Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres) is of advantage
· Experience with Archiving Solutions (i.e. OpenText) is of advantage
· Knowledge in IT processes related to Business Administration, Financial, HR or Production is of advantage
· Languages
· Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
· German is advantageous

· At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position (in IT or Support of IT-Solutions

c) Function & scope
· Administration of ERP System (FORS -LEONI internal Solution-) and of our archiving solution (OpenText)
· Administration of other related central hosted IT-Systems (like monitoring system, backup system, Internal Knowledge Base System)
· Documentation of Processes, Errors Cases and their troubleshooting
· 2nd level Support through the company internal Trouble Ticket System
· Collaboration with other internal Support Teams, external Service Providers as well as 3rd level Support for solving problems in the related domain
· Contribution in the dimensioning, installationand configuration of cloud and IT systems, including documentation
· Contribution within the elaboration and validation of new Enterprise Solutions and new equipment in the related domain
· Contribution within the coordination with the local IT staff regarding measures induced by incidents in the related domain
· Contribution within the communication, training and awareness programs for the local IT staffregarding issues in the related domain
